Sizing varies by brand. We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to the specific size chart on the product page. For pads, measure the circumference of your joints to ensure a snug, secure fit.
What is your return policy for skate equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or protective gear that has been worn.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming event or session.
Do you offer professional skate assembly and maintenance?
Yes! All complete skateboards and custom builds are professionally assembled by our expert technicians before shipping. We also provide maintenance services like bearing cleaning and wheel rotations.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All products sold by Skater HQ are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from skating, such as board snaps, flat spots on wheels, or grind damage.
